Announcement Regarding Postponement of the 2020 Annual Nevada Public Health Foundation Conference

Due to concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, it is with great regret that we have decided to postpone the 2020 Annual Nevada Public Health Foundation Conference scheduled for April 30, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This action has been taken due to the impending postponement of conference registrants, as well as concern for everyone’s health and safety. We are very disappointed that we have had to postpone this wonderful professional development and networking opportunity. We hope we can reconnect for this important event in the coming months.

REFUND INFORMATION 

Our hope is, due to Governor Sisolak’s proactive approach, we will be able to reschedule this conference before the end of June 2020. We are offering two options for registrants:

  1. Registrants can choose not to cancel their registration until a new date is scheduled. Upon the announcement of a new date, current registrants will be notified and have the opportunity to, 1) Cancel their registration or, 2) Keep their registration.
  2. Registrants can cancel their registration and choose to re-register once a new date is announced.

IF REGISTRANTS CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR REGISTRATION:

If Paid by Credit Card:

Full refunds, including credit card fees, will be issued to registrants within two weeks of requesting a refund. Once cancellations have been issued by NPHF, the funds may take 3-8 business days to show in the payee’s bank account.

If Paid by Check:

Full refunds will be issued to registrants within one month of requesting a refund. Refund checks will be mailed to the billing information provided during registration. If checks have been received by NPHF but not processed, they will be returned to the sender.
