Summary of President Obama’s Health Reform Compromise Proposal

President Obama recently submitted his version of healthcare reform . There is no legislative language, only a description of what is being proposed. Initially his vision contains some features of previously proposed bills. Overall, it improves affordability, pays for itself, pays down the deficit and sets us on a good path to increase coverage and slow the health spending growth rate in public programs and private coverage.
